07Factories listed in our Directory
The Factory Directory lists Portuguese manufacturers with business details: company name, region, specialty, minimums, certifications and a business contact email. We collect these from public sources, such as company websites and business registers, and from factories that contact us.
Where a listing includes a person’s name or work email, we rely on our legitimate interest in helping brands reach manufacturers. If you run a listed factory and want your details corrected or removed, email hello@portugalclothingfactory.com and we update it in the next refresh.
08Security
The site runs over HTTPS, payments go through Stripe’s certified systems, and only the people who work on your project can see your brief and files. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever puts your data at risk, we tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
09Children
This site is for brands and businesses. It is not aimed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we tell you by email first.
